RE: Site Design
Permalink

There was a suggestion made yesterday that I change the community tag to Forum in line with the majority of sites. Does anyone else have a view on this?

Edit: We made the change as it seemed logical. the number of hits to the forum is healthy though, so I guess people have been finding it even though they are not posting.

Ok, so now the community site opens in a separate page, has the same background colour and a log (although Ican't work out how to centralise that yet), we also have a link to return to the site if you accidentally close the previous window.

Thanks for the feedback, and please keep it coming.

Brad

Thanks this is useful. Will try to get the changes made.

Having the "COMMUNITY" link open up a new Window for the forum, rather than opening it in the original site Window could make the users easily referencing the site contents as they post. It would also save them the touble of returning to the site by hitting "back" button (that is, assuming they know how to use the "back" button).

Since now it is officialy launched, maybe consider hiding the site design comments? (i.e. Sponsor ship or advertiser long banners can go here

486pxl wide by 60pxl high - (industry standard size for banner) on the LOGIN.htm page) Other than that, love the simple desgin of the site.

We have had mixed feedback about the design of the site, let us have your views here.
