Anyway no matter what graphic setting I put it on Textures load in super slow(5minutes) or most the time not at all and it looks horrible, like an insult to the talented hard working artists that spent years working on it. I have seen similar issues around web with weird fixes like changing percent of power used, putting on main harddrive(where it is now), or changing windows page size, but none of that works for me.

I know it's not an issue with my pc, I can run Watch Dogs 2 and For Honor on somewhere between high and ultra and get 60fps, and they are on the exact same SSD hard drive

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
