I believe that Chrome 58 is still in beta. Perhaps I am mistaken though. If I am correct, you might want to use the supported version (which I understand to be 56 or 57).

Additionally, during the day I couldn't access kong via desktop, I couldn't access kong forums on a linked game (Office Space Idle) via my phone either (using mobile, not wifi).

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
