Hello,

When i hit the play button the launch page comes to say starting game. then it stops and says

unable to start the game. please check that your game has been installed correctly. if the problem persists to contact support...

Have you moved your game or do you still have the original game files? if so select the folder where the game is located..

So i follow the instruction and press the locate game folder button and select the folder and it starts discovering files.. then tells me all files have been located ..

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
