Hello,

If I'm going to be stuck playing recruit because of switching to my computer because your crappy long matchmaking times. I want to be able to customize him to a setup I like and is usable instead of being stuck with a shotgun.

Or alternatively, you could just make controllers vibrate at the operator select screen to let us know. 

Or an even better alternative, let us select 3 default operators on each team and if no operator is selected when the timer runs out, one of the 3 is randomly selected depending on availability.

And before anyone says just wait for it to start, I say that I'll do that when a matchmaking doesn't take 5+ minutes or sometimes not at all.

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
